Annual Gross Revenue refers to your agency's total gross invoice amount billed to clients over a 12-month period — this is your top-line billing before any deductions for payroll costs, taxes, or fees. It is not net profit. At each billing cycle, Simplifly automatically pulls a report to confirm you are in the correct tier. If your revenue has crossed into a new tier, your subscription will be adjusted accordingly.
Yes. Every subscription tier includes 15 internal users at no additional cost. If your team grows beyond 15, additional users are available at $50 per user per month. There is no cap on the number of users you can add. User roles include Admin, Payroll, Recruiter, and Sales, each with configurable access levels.
The SMS add-on provides your agency with a dedicated phone line for inbound and outbound text messaging directly within the Simplifly platform. This enables automated candidate notifications, job offer confirmations, onboarding reminders, and two-way communication with applicants and employees. At each billing cycle, the system pulls a report to verify your tier placement. If your gross invoices have crossed a tier threshold, your subscription fee will be adjusted to the appropriate tier at that point. This ensures you are always paying the correct rate for your volume — no surprises, no manual adjustments needed.
The one-time setup fee covers two items: (1) Customer Portal Setup ($750) — this includes configuring your branded portal, setting up your company profile, billing rates, and customizing the platform for your agency's workflow; and (2) End-User Training ($750) — a live Zoom training session for all departments (Owners, Payroll, Recruiters, and Sales), with all recordings shared for future reference. We also support your first payroll processing cycle after go-live.
Simplifly currently calculates gross payroll and generates invoices, but it does not process payroll tax filings, direct deposit, or W-2/1099 generation.
